Sending Email in Outlook Express

Click on New Message

Then click on the To Button to select the recipient of your message

Choose the recipient then click on the To window or the Bcc window if you wish to keep cover the address (you may wish to do this when sending to groups)

Click OK or hit enter

Now you have a message ready to type and send!!

If you would like to send a photo in the message you may either attach the photo with a file attachment or imbed the image into the message as follows:

Under options/send/mail sending format select the html button. As below

This allows the image to be inserted into the message and is seen in the preview when received.

As you may see below the insert/ picture gives the opportunity to insert the photo at the spot desired

You may also add music by using the

Format/ background/ sound . Choose the sound/song and you will send it with the photos, etc. Be sure you are not sending to dial up receivers. They take far too much time to download
